Black and Red Ribbons: No. 6

The flyer on these pages has been produced by a group of people in the Syracuse area since March 1991. This is the sixth edition (previous editions can be obtained by writing to the address on the flyer). In general, one side of the flyer speaks aobut "domestic" issues (including ones occurring in Syracuse and on the S.U. campus) and the other side covers "international" issues. The distinction, however, is a superficial one. A recent theme has been the concrete connection between the recent Persian Gulf war and the worsening conditions here at home.
