    i hurt my left arm awhile ago so my typing style is that of mehitabel
but i wanted to make a few pts

    ralph is sometimes interesting, very erudite, but usually off the
wall, and no general point can come from any debate with him. hence
the buffalo stampede he triggered is off in the wild blue yonder

    my point about louis was simply that he uses as many diiferent
personae as swift, & hence you are not apt to make any sense
in a reply to him unless you 1st get the right persona in mind;
you didn't, so you replied to a non-existent position that exists
only in your own fevered imagination; neither, obviously, did you succeed
in deciphering my admittedly somewhat sloppy post, or you
would have recognized that i would never put lou & ralph in
the same category

    for the rest of your pt 3, maybe some other day--but PANIC
won't do; being a victim of clinical depr, &its sometime
comrade panic attacks, i know what panic feels like--& your
broadsides don't do it
