	I'm with Hugh on this.  This is vague and slightly bombastic.  Of,
course I quite like bombast, but the vagueness gives us no inkling as to a
way forward, and the "history" only engenders relatively useless argument. 
Louis P. has not, as he must but may not, realize that the '60's model of
political organization is not very relevant today.
