For a brilliant critique (pre-post-al) of Brian M. Ganter, see William 
Blake, "The Book of Urizen" (1794).  The discourse on "cyberfascism" is 
elucidated somewhat by reference to etymology:  CYBER, Greek, "1990s" + 
FASCISM, So. Ca. idiom, "that which I do not like."
