It struck me that I have forgotten so many others (especially all the
economists, whose posts I have a fair amount of difficulty reading, not due
to the obscurantist prose but do to my limited expertise in this area) such
as Hugh, Chris, Carrol, Yoshie... the list could go on and on, which is a
testament to the possibilities of dialogue (and even some bickering).  And
to any that I haven't mentioned, my apologies.  I guess this latest bit has
reminded me how nice it has been to have had this list.
