I tried to make it a joke, I tried to hint, but now I'm really getting fed
up. There are only two persons Brian and Steve in their self-described
"collective" at SUNY-Buffalo, neither of whom I even knew of their
existence until they popped up on this list, even though I have lived
here in Buffalo for years.

We have almost 1,000,000 persons in this metropolitan area and there is
no reason to refer to "Buffalo" all the time. Buffalo is a city name.
How would you like your city to be always used as a reference to two
individuals in your city? Hey, Berlin guys, Dear Berlin, Berlin boys.
Hey, Lima guys, Dear Lima, Lima boys. Hey, Calcutta guys, Dear Calcutta,
Calcutta boys. If you're from Berlin, Lima or Calcutta and a
self-respecting member of this list you get fed up after a while if if you
know the references have nothing to do with yourself.

Please figure out another reference to Brian and Steve, e.g., Brian/Steve
(I don't think if dignifying them with "collective" is justified given
their numberical size). Thanks.

Paul
