Ultra-left "Marxists"
Here we refer to all those saying they support Marx's "dictatorship of the proletariat" stage of history
while criticizing Lenin allegedly from the left. Many organizations openly call themselves "ultraleft" and this
is not MIM's label. Some organizations below may object to the label. Ultraleft Marxism has nothing to point
to as achievements in bettering the conditions of the people through revolution. Ultraleft Marxists usually at best point
out when they had strong movements and found themselves crushed, usually by Lenin or Stalin. These
people divide along sectarian principles, not based on what has been most progressive in the world of the possible.

Self-Description: Support the Russian Revolution in the 1917-1918 phase. "The state
will be run by workers' councils" and "what was set up in Russia in the 1920's and after was not
communism but centrally planned state capitalism."
Comments:They spend all their time talking about who they are not, but cannot point to any gains
from their "council communism" movement won for the oppressed and exploited relative to those gained
by Maoism.
