Thanks for you 2bytes worth.  Since you subscribe to Virtual Culture could
you tell us more?  Like:  how does one subscribe (specifics for listserver,
costs if any etc); Do you know anything about how it is "managed," or
lacking that, who would be a good contact there to talk to about electronic
journals?
