forced already poor countries into greter poverty for the benefit of the
imperialists. This film explores the war on the poor of the world and
exposes the imperialist intentions behind the rhetoric of the World Bank
and IMF. A discussion of the anti-imperialist struggles of resistance in
the Philippines and around the world will follow.
